STRUCTURE-Presence of any damaged structural components; joists, sills, rafters, and any foundation anomalies
EXTERIOR-Condition and type of finish; brick, vinyl, stucco. Any deterioration of porches, walkways, and any dangerous conditions such as loose steps, railings, etc.
WINDOWS AND DOORS-Condition and ease of operation
INTERIOR-Condition of walls, floors, and ceilings
PLUMBING-Water heater and conditions of fixtures and drains
HEATING AND COOLING-Condition, efficiency, and cleanliness of components
ELECTRICAL-Presence or absence of ground fault outlets, smoke detectors, and presence of any dangerous conditions
ATTIC AND ATTIC INSULATION-Amount and type if known
FIREPLACE AND CHIMNEYS-Condition of damper and any unsafe conditions

We provide BUYERS PRE-CLOSING INSPECTIONS-A general inspection completed prior to closing of either new or existing homes.

We provide SELLERS PRE-LISTING INSPECTIONS-A general inspection completed prior to listing to apprise current owners of needed repairs, if any.

We provide NEW HOME BUILDERS WARRANTY INSPECTIONS-Most new home builders provide a 12 month warranty. An inspection completed before the warranty expires will ensure any needed repairs are brought to your attention and allow you time to forward them to your builder.
