1. WHY PAY FOR A HOME INSPECTION WHEN I HAVE ALREADY LOOKED OVER THE HOME?
We are experienced at observing existing and potential problems that you may have
overlooked and we encourage your attendance during the inspection so that we may
answer any questions you may have.

2. HOW LONG DOES AN INSPECTION TAKE?
A typical inspection requires 2.5 to 3 hours depending on the size and condition of the
home.

3. HOW MUCH DOES A HOME INSPECTION COST?
Our minimum charge for a home inspection is $250.00. Homes larger than 2000 square
feet will be higher.

4. HOW CAN I SCHEDULE A HOME INSPECTION AND HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU REQUIRE?
Call us at 731.695.5142 and we’ll be happy to serve you. If possible please give us a
couple of days notice to ensure we can meet your preference for an appointment.

5. ARE YOUR INSPECTORS AVAILABLE WEEKENDS?
Yes, we are available weekends. We realize that sometimes our clients, due to other commitments, can only accompany us on weekends and we will gladly work around your
schedule.
