We are certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and subscribe to their code of ethics and adhere to their standards of practice.

We are accredited members of the Better Business Bureau and are covered by General Liability and Errors and Omissions (E & O) insurance. We are also bonded.

We are licensed by the state of Tennessee and have been assigned license number 0000027.

We have satisfactorily completed professional classroom training in all aspects of the home inspection process.

We attend continuing education classes over and above state requirements in order to remain abreast of changing standards, trends, and techniques in the home inspection industry.
